We process incoming leads, contact metadata, and automated WhatsApp messages exclusively for providing the PRIVIO360 CRM platform services to your business.
All database stores, file attachments, and message logs are hosted on certified enterprise data centers located strictly within India in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.
You can export your complete CRM dataset in CSV or JSON format at any time. Upon account termination, all stored business records are permanently purged after 30 days.
